Management of Meridian Place
In 1997, the leaseholders of Meridian Place formed a company, Meridian Place Management Limited, to oversee the provision of facilities and management services to the common areas of Meridian Place. Each leaseholder owns a stake in the management company.
The Management Company contracts with a specialist Facilities and Property Management company to undertake the day-to-day running of Meridian Place. This contract has been let to Parc Properties Limited, who have successfully run the site our our behalf for over 20 years.
The Board of Meridian Place Management Limited act as the main interface points between Parc Properties and the lessees.
Currently, the members of the Board are:

The Board members have a wide range of experience and work hard, on a voluntary basis, to ensure the leaseholders get the best value for money from their service charges. We are always keen to hear comments or questions that lessees may have. email us
The Board are elected in accordance with the Memorandum & Articles of Association. We welcome any assistance from shareholders; if you wish to volunteer your services please email us.
Parc Properties – Property Management
Parc Properties have long been an integral part of Meridian Place. Directly involved in the build of Meridian Place in 1996/7, Parc have their London office adjacent to Meridian Place at 8 Cumbrian House, 217 March Wall, E14-9FJ.
Parc are responsible for the day-to-day management of the development and employ a number of staff on our behalf to achieve this. Activities include: maintaining the fabric of the building, provision of porterage, cleaning, gardening, maintenance of lifts, pumps, and doors, service charge administration and budgeting, managing our water, electric and insurance contracts, closed circuit TV, security services to name but a few.

The Porterage service is operational between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 7am ’til Noon on Saturday. Security operates 24 hour a day.
